Where ever you live,go through your community action programs,catholic churces are good, if nothing else call every DARN dentist in the phone book, PLEAD your case and hopefully one will have a sympathic heart and work with you. I have false teeth so I do know what you are going through. I REALLY DO WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!Kick some BUTTS if it takes it!

 in response to AmiraA...   Duffer I really wish you the best of luck on these B.S. GRANTS but you stand more of a chace getting a grant for education than a personal one. Search out every grant there is relating to education, it may take a while but those are out there,tha only problem is that for each one you apply for it is going to cost you something, so make sure have a darn good credit card. Keep plugging Sport I got faith in you. I am 64 years old and I have had probably 20 schools to be calling me, If I started back to school now man I would be dead before I graduated, GO FOR IT!

Duffer here ,excuse me but what is your problem? You cant even tell some one that you at least keep your fingers crossed that all will turn better for he and his family. The boy part in your is showing at present if you do whaty I just suggested, with that kind of an attitude you sure are not going to far in the world this day and age. I am 64 years old and have run into a bunch of that attitude in my life and I promise you it will BACKFIRE if you dont change.

 in response to cateyes...   This is Duffer,I do not know you but finally some one has the guts to say what the heck is really on your mind,I wasnt sure if I were the only one but now I got somebody to copete with,excuse me but I am 64 years old,been thru Hell and and back and am way to to play games. If I ask a question I want an answer,if I say something I darn well mean it,its just too much pussy footing around and no one really does what they say will do anymore,they will run around the barn,anything they can to pass the buck off on some one but they will sure as hell take the credit if it comes out right.As you said the rich only come out when they can be noticed,if at all.I would like to know what the rich do for thier for-fathers,probably hide them in a closet,sorry I get cranked up and dont know when to shut up.Hopefully you get my meaning anyway.

This is Duffer, just curious if any of you have applied for these so called B.S. GRANTS that are supposed to be free. I worked my tail off on for about 4 hours, making sure I spelled everything right, got everything in order that I wanted to say, hit the submit botton and as all of the rest of these B.S. grants it pops up asking what credit card did I want to use. How in the HECK can a FREE GRANT cost you any where from $1.97 to $24.95. Like a darn fool I even bought a book telling you how to fill these out, but best of all it stated if you have to pay anything for it,it is a SCAM! So by that note I guess the whole bunch of politicians are nothing really but a BUNCH OF SCAMS. So stick that in your pipe and smoke it for a while and tell me if I am not RIGHT!I havebeen trying for about 3 weeks to apply for these grants and out of 69 pages listed I did not qualify for one.There are so many run a rounds to everybody from getting even 50 cents from our marvelous government that it STINKS. to anybody that reads this go on line for anything and I promise you after a couple of clicks you will wind up with a survey that leads you to a FREE GRANT. I better stop before some comes and puts me in jail for stating my point of view.

 in response to Duffer...   With all of the wealthy people,and I used to work for one until he died,one person could donate 50,000 dollars to this page and clear everybodies needs.It would be pocket cash to them and a darn good tax write off. Or do you agree or disagree to this statement.

 in response to JMC...   To JMC I am happy as H___ for you. iam very glad some one finally can see light again,but aty the same time I am very sorry for your loss of a loved one.I used to bury people for the last 15 years,so I can honestly say I feel youf grief,I also had my brother ,age 65 to drop dead instantly back in febuary.Good luck and enjoy life.Duffer

From Duffer unforntunately right now I can not have anything but my wfes HEART on my MIND and how I am going to pay for it. I dont know any of you, but I promise to each and all of you I hold the highest respect. This is supposed to be the greatest country, I was born and raised here in the south, sorry but this country really has proven to me to be too much, other than the and FAT POLITICIANS. You go out get a job, work you fanny off to wind up in a position that all you have learned how to do is BEG, and it seems nobody gives a BLANK!

Dear Sir: I know you are one heck of a busy man, but I hope you can take a couple of minutes on this. My wife and I have been married 42 years, We are both on disablilty, Both on medicare, I just got her out of the hospital a few days ago for her second heart surgery. She is ok but that is not the problem,this is, All of the test doctors before surgery is what took all the money I had for co-pays and now it is the same with after surgery expenses. It never ends but what I am asking if there is any way to get any financial help in this state. I applied for loans, church help, DFACS, free money onthe web, thats a JOKE,loan sharks, I dont know who else , i LIVE  AT 553 Sunnyside Ct. BoxSprings, Georgia 31801,David Dickson. I have gone on the web only to find Marion County is the worst county in the state for funds, for anything.Unfortunatly at present I am behind on my rent, phone, power bill, everything, no food, We get food stamps, $16 a month, there was supposed to be an increase of $44 in 2009,but I guess that never made it to Marion County.With all this in mind, I do have another question, away from my problems, Why do we go to war, spend billions,this I agree with but I do not under stand why our country goes back there and spends billions again to reguild what we just blew up. I am 63 years old and have never seen any country come over here to help with anything they have blown up. Put that money into yours and my forefathers well being,they made this ,so it looks like when you get old, retire,  get on disability, after working your BUTT off for years and years you are just put out to pasture to die, but that cost too much. If there is any sugesstions please reply. Thank you.

Post Open Letter to your Elected Representatives

 in response to ekikaseven...   I agree about grants I have looked into quite a few so far and at the bottom of every one it asked for a credit card, ranging from $i.97 to $24.95, probably more when I get through. The money turns out to be going to different companies that are handling the grants.We pay enough taxes why should we have to buy a grant.They will show you a bunch of names that supossedly got grants, but that is about like everything else those are people that probably do not even exiat.Sorry I guess I have a bad attitude.I have been scammed so many times in my life it is hard to trust anyone anymore.

I have NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY THIS COUNTRY GOES TO WAR, GOES AND DESTROYS shacks, so called homes, then from there our government goes back and rebuilds all of this at our expense, spending billions of dollars that we AMERICANS have worked our BUTTS off for. Yet at the same time our fore fathers built this country, paid taxes, ect. to sit back and watch their parents STARVE,DIE, AND BE HOMELESS.These DAMN politicians have thier wires crossed.Will some one please tell me if I am wrong in my thoughts.Do for those that brought us into this world not the ones that are trying to kill us.

Where do you find such a loan? "NO REPAY LOAN'

I am Duffer, my wife for 42 years just got out the hospital from heart surgery, again.Like most disabled seniors, we are on medicare but that is not enough. It is the after surgery expenses that are killing me. This is the area I need help with. The RX,co-pays,ext. get higher every time you leave home. Any comment you could would help, Thanks.
